1. Return Conditions
- Product Quality Issues: If a non-human-induced performance failure or manufacturing defect is found within 3 days of receiving the product, you may request a return.
- Wrong/Missing Items: If the product received does not match the order or accessories are missing, please contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
- Product in Good Condition: Returned products must be uninstalled, unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
- Non-Quality Related Returns: For returns due to customer reasons (e.g., wrong model selected, no longer needed), approval from us is required. The product must be unopened and uninstalled. The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping fees and potential packaging restocking fees.
- Products that have been installed, used, or damaged by human factors.
- Issues resulting from improper installation by the customer, not following the instructions or guidance.
- Installation problems due to vehicle model incompatibility (confirm compatibility before ordering).
- Returns requested beyond the specified return period (for non-quality issues).
- Contact customer service (via phone/WeChat/email/WhatsApp) to state the return reason and provide the order number along with photo or video evidence.
- Upon approval, we will provide the return address and necessary instructions.
- Ship the product back using the original or similar protective packaging, and keep the tracking number.
- After receiving the product, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. If eligible, a refund will be arranged.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment account. Processing time depends on the payment platform (typically 3–10 business days).
