1. Shipping Time
- Regular orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment (customized products are subject to separate arrangements).
- A logistics tracking number is provided after shipment for customer self-tracking.
- International shipping methods such as EXW, FOB, DHL, etc., are used (subject to separate arrangement).
- It is recommended to inspect the products upon delivery before signing. In case of damage or missing items, please take photos immediately and contact customer service.
- Returns due to non-quality issues: Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Returns due to quality issues or wrong/missing items: Shipping costs are borne by us.
- Address changes after shipment: If the order has already been shipped, any additional fees resulting from address changes are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customs clearance issues require customer assistance in providing necessary documents. Delays due to customs do not constitute a breach of contract.
